For this project, I was tasked with learning a new skill, coding. I used Processing to create this dimensional typography, a coding software that allows you to create art through lines of code. Taking us to Letterwaves, a book created with code.
I chose "Quincy CF" by Connary Fagen to be my seed typeface. In Processing, my code created a circular, and artistic text patten for each letter. Creating a smooth half circle that rotates down. Through the use of random, each layer is a different color, and no letter of code is quite the same.

CONCLUSION
Initially, this project felt intimidating and pushed me outside of my comfort zone, but now it is one of my favorite pieces of work I’ve created so far. Being able to hold a physical copy of a book I designed was incredibly rewarding, especially after working through and overcoming the many challenges along the way.
